Commentary
The personal name in line 1 cannot be restored with certainty. Εἰρηνος or Ἀθηνος would fit the lacuna; an abbreviated praenomen could stand before the name, but there seems to be no space for a gentilician. For Mestrii in this region, see the commentary to MAMA XI 283 (1956/131: Pomponius Mestrius Eukarpos, at the neighbouring village of Zengicek/Koçyaka).
