I assume that the name Μουσης (line 4) is an indigenous name from the stem Μουσ-, instances of which are concentrated in Phrygia Paroreios and Isauria: see Zgusta 1964: 337-8 §988; MAMA I 361 (Μου̣σ̣ης: Çeşmelisebil); IJO II, p.490 n.30.
