...ambassador... in the other... contributions... to his/her homeland...

This monument appears to be an honorific inscription for a local benefactor, male or female. Nothing can be restored with certainty; in lines 4-6 we presumably have a phrase such as [ἐν ταῖς λοι]παῖς | [λειτουργίαις καὶ ἐπι]δόσεσι | [εὔχρηστον γενόμενον τῇ π]ατρίδι.
