Julianus, son of Neikias, for his own sweetest wife Domna, daughter of Gemellinus, in memoriam, and for himself.

For the name Gemellus/Gemellinus, cf. MAMA XI 33 (1954/5: Eumeneia). The last two words (κ(ὲ) ἑαυτῷ, lines 9-10) are oddly placed, and may have been added at a later date; presumably the tomb was originally intended to house Domna alone, and Julianus subsequently decided to have himself interred in the same grave. For the incised figures on the upper moulding, see the commentary to MAMA XI 233 (1957/26: Yalınayak [Karacadağ]).
