For the spelling γλυχιτάτῃ in lines 6-7, cf. MAMA XI 237 (1957/21), also from Yaraşlı. The personal name Ουελλανος in lines 2-3 seems to be unattested elsewhere. The name is most probably Celtic: compare the Celtic name Vellaunus (e.g. CIL XIII 8094, Bonn), and cf. the commentary to MAMA XI 330 (1956/170: Perta), on the name Βελλης.
